有的时候,我们还会给客户列出选项,让客户选择他考虑的方面,我们再来针对性地回答,这样能够知道客户的痛点,逐个击破。
大家有没有想过下面这种回答呢?
考虑是很正常的,您能考虑我们,说明对我们还是感兴趣的,能方便说下我们吸引您的地方吗?
这最后一种问法,先肯定了客户,这样双方就有了更多谈话的契机,接着引导客户思考对我们满意的点,只要客户说得越多,就能强化客户对我们的认可,他对我们认可得越多,这就有可能提升客户购买的机率。
